Trembling of the panel of tasks at on Enable window dragging animationsWobbly windows (my comp on Windows 10 1709 integration video card intel)(Window FX 6.03 version)

in some applications - for example Google chrome, Microsoft Office 2016 (Excel, Word ...), Yandex browser, Autodesk Revit 2017.

In these applications doesn't work Enable window flip animation on middle button click, middle button doesn't work.
