Windows constantly get pinned on top

My programs (apparently no preference for one app or another) are constantly becoming pinned on top inadvertently. Even if I turn the context menu option off in WindowFX, it still happens regularly. I have to middle click the title bar to flip it to the app information to un-pin it. Is there some hotkey I'm activating?
