empty match history / campaign progress not saved

Hi,

I have two possible correlated problems with the game:

1) all match history lists are empty
Played a few skirmish games and completed the Maisie Song four weeks campaign but the matches do not appear in any of the seven categories.

2) completion of a campaign is not saved
As written above I completed the Maisie Song four weeks campaign and got the "Monopoly Victory" message. If I click on the main menu button and start a new campaign, the "Four Weeks"-box is not checked in the "Choose Your CEO" screen. If I select the resume campaign button, the victory message appears again.


Otherwise the game seems to run fine. No crashes, no error messages.
Did I miss something or is this a bug?

I have already re-installed the game (uninstall including savegames + new installation via the gog classic installer), even downloaded it again from GOG.
