stick to the msgboard... but ok, evryone who is for the 'FORUM' give it a shot, and write the code, if you are done, just mail it to T-MAN
And no php FORUM, it has to be .asp, so it stick with the user accounts, and when you write it, make sure the user accounts das work on it.

HEY, if you are working, dont forget to add those little avatars... No, better, make a little smiley for evry user, so they have their own... what about that!
make sure the quote thing works on it, and the e-mail notivication thing, and ofcourse, the rights of the admins.
Make the adminboard too if you are working, protected by a 'general' password...

-html powers for evryone,
-search engine (written in javascript...)
-animated gif icons
-option to create a poll

Do I got to go on? I mean, if you are bussy writing it, how hard would it be to add those?

OMG, think about it, how much work is it to write a forum kona?

Well, I am sure T-MAN has some spare time, so he can write it at a rainy sunday....... right

Ok, lets be seriouse, it takes over weeks to right a forum, so its nothing you just do, and test it, and if you dont like it, dump it again...
And I am sure WC dasn't want a cheap looking php board...

Would there be separate "Admins" or "moderators" for each Forum?

Jafo is the Official 'Unofficial' Authority (IMO) on the board now, but for three Forums, more 'OUA's are going to be needed I would think.

Actually, if this would make the Message Board better, I would volunteer my help to do whatever I could to make it so, and maybe others would also. Thats what community is about right?

Just thought of something. If the 3 forums were t be what is suggested, where would skinning questions be asked? In the skinning forum or in the help forum?

I don't answer skinning questions anymore, cause I just don't skin very much anymore, and the programs have reallt started to be complicated, so I kinda lost touch. But on the other hand, answering user questions or questions regarding this web site, I'm always happy to help out.  So, in my opinion, the 3 forums should be as follow:

- General discussion
- Help using themes, skins or using this web site in general
- Skins and art discussions

I don't think the skinners questions should then be mixed with the rest, because the people who would be able to answer them are not necessarely the same people. Users can help users, and skinners can help skinners.

  Seems to me, you have suggested the exact same thing Brad did.....

I like three forums . . . well, not necessarily the three forums as much as the topical breakdown. The three suggested are good and seem to cover the bases in a genearl way, which is probably what the aim is all about. You have my support.

Other possible categories:

1. Trolling - where gnomes can gather and tick each other off and leave us alone.

2. The Department of Redundancy Department - where people can ask the same question over and over.

3. Hack Attack - where warez types can go and ask for cracked software and automatically be exiled (should save wear and tear on Jafo's button finger).
