Citizens Portrait Pack(40): Cyberpunk themed

I recently edited a bunch of pngs to make a better portraits for my citizens(I hate seeing repetition).  There are nearly 40(half male/half female) photos in there with the backgrounds cut out so they display with the ingame color coated citizen type background. FYI Prince Pecker is not in the pack. I just captured that civ before I took the picture.

Recently I decided to pick the game back up and couldn't find all of my original files(link is broke). So I made some new icons that I decided to base on an Ice Planet theme.
