Can't research "living ships"

from GalCiv3 Forums

Hello,

I play anancient race with the precursor techs. I researched all techs and now the living ships are the last one to research. But when I dubbleclick the tech, nothing happens. Where normaly is written what is to be researched, there is only a blank place.

So what's my mistake?

Edit: "living ships" not "living hulls"

Per the 2.14 Opt-In Patch, if you research PrecursorMysteries and have the Ancient Ability, Living Ships should give you a -100% multiplier on Global Ship Maintenance plus +5 Tactical Repair.

Are you in the Age of Ascension yet?  That tech isn't available until then.
