Now don't get me wrong. Maybe the AI just happens to have a bunch of different planets with 200+ research but I really doubt it. Those kind of bonuses are really hard to get especially galazy wide.
Anyway, no idea what to do because it broke my game and I don't want to play it anymore.
I've posted the save file though. I'm the Smith empire and the Terran's are absurdly doing too well.
