Problem when submitting ticket

Hi,

I often get this error message:
"We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again".

I try, 3,4,5, sometimes 6 or 7 times before I can get my upload, sometimes, I have to wait until the next morning.  What is it exactly?

Perhaps you can clear your browser cookies / cache out before trying again.

I hope you were able to send in a ticket eventually.

I had to wait until the next morning, but I was able to submit the ticket.
