Planet queue bug in 1.9

I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere yet, so I thought I'd drop in my pennies.

When adding items to a planet's queue and I'm approaching the limit of free hexes to build on I generally plunk down the few items I want to build and tack on a focus at the end of the list so the planet doesn't pop up to bug me later for production. Since 1.9 though if I add items to the queue it will not let me add a focus at the end. To do the focus I need to do the focus item first then fill in the land hexes. Yeah, I know it's not a world-breaking issue, but it's just odd to have to do this backwards from what seems like a typical flow (build, build, build, focus, close).

Similar to this if I add items to build and then try to build a shipyard the shipyard will not go into the queue at all.

This is a known issue. As discovered by one of our other forum members here is the work around: when you want to add a focus to the list to work on after adding your buildings, click on the capital tile first and you will then be able to add whatever focus you want to add into the list.
