Faction Management

I'd like to see a faction list that can be sorted, can be changed to text for visual sorting (instead of by leader portrait), and can give some of the major information about the faction (alignment, ship style, color, tech tree, etc.).

I would especially like to see this information in the opposing faction selection interface, so that we can have a balance of ship styles and alignments, etc.

It would also be great, in the opposing faction selection interface, to be able to exclude some factions from random selection
