Very slow screen update

Sorry that I, probaply, couldn't use the right words. But the problem is that every ship in the screen goes fordward like a frog. Just jumping to one square to an other.

My game is doing the same thing I think.  Instead of smoothly gliding my ship across the screen, it stutters, or jumps, then finally ends where I sent the ship too.  I verified my files, one corrupted was replaced.  But I am still having this issue.  Should we submit trouble tickets?
