I will be buying and selling plants to folks all day for the next 6 months. It is via the internets... Retail level. New introductions would be some of the newer Phormiums like 'Platts Black', 'Ebony' and 'Maori Queen'. All are fairly drought savy and get about 3 to 4 feet tall which makes them mostly compact.
I work as a buyer but also handle complaints and return as needed. You got plant problems? Sure send me a photo and Ill help i.d. it and diagnose it.....
