Zealot Ability

In a post I can't seem to locate at the moment, about scaling the Ideology tree, someone mentioned using the Zealot Ability. They said you get 15 points each time you colonize a world. Isn't it 15 points each time you CONQUER a world? Am I missing something?

Never mind. I found the post. They said CONQUER. Sorry all. That's what I get for being impatient.
