hi.  new to this.  running win 10 and finally have IT stabilized enuf.  a feat in itself.  anyway, what i have noticed is that if i have inactive windows semi transparent, i can mouse over an inactive firefox and scroll with my wheel and firefox stays semi-transparent.  should it not remove the transparency since i am scrolling on it?  if i click it anywhere, it comes back but that's an extra click, times a few hundred times a day.  something that can easily be fixed?  thanks!
