Dedicated 3d card required or will Intel HD Graphics 4600 work?

I'm trying to determine if my new computer will play this as is, or if I need to look into getting a dedicated graphics card. 

It's a Dell Inspiron 3847  with Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600.  

 

This IS my concern,

as the rest of the computer seems fine with it's Intel i5-4460 quad core 3.2 GHZ, direct X 12 with 12 GB or RAM.    

OR  

Do I need to buy a new video card and power supply for it?    If so, what can/type for someone with a limited budget is good for this game?

Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600.  works OK, memory is the the biggest driver.  you should be ok with 12 on all but the largest map loaded with AI's
