Am i being blind or is there no 'easy' way to see what the max range of a ship is in the main screen now? From what i can tell the only way to see if you should upgrade a ship is to go into the shipyard screen and compare the two designs there.
If this is in the game already i apologize and look forward to someone explaining it to me 
The info box in the bottom left corner will show a selected ship's range. It won't show a fleet's range though, but you can get that info by clicking "Details" (you can do that for single ships as well). Additionally when you select a ship the extent of its range will appear on the map as a outline of a a hex made with broken lines.
Sorry to necro an old thread but as a new player this is freaking annoying. I have a fleet which has a range of 22, but I know most ships have a range of 46. I cannot simply select each ship and see which one has the shorter range. I have to eject them all and look at the individual stats of each ship. Why, when I go to details, do I not get DETAILS? A suggestion would be to show the range of each ship, at least in the details section.
This goes for the upgrade screen as well. You show all the stats of each ship except range? So frustrating...
