I'm pretty sure this wasn't intended....

The industrial replicator is an upgrade of the molecular fabricator. Once the upgrade

is done you can then rebuild the molecular fabricator.

And one other note... Can we please please please change the declare war option in diplomacy?

Maybe move it somewhere you can't accidentally click it or a confirmation box please?

There's a permission problem with the image you linked. Can you make it public?
