[Bug] Hive production requirements in ver 1.12

if using a custom race

I built a custom race using thalan tech tree. And I find that Hive shows some 429496 turns to manufacture. But it takes 0 turn. This needs to be fixed real quick as the thalan tech tree is OP as it is :).
