How to assign planet to faction

How would one assign a planet to a faction in the Map Editor? From my limited use of it, i've yet to see a way of giving a planet to a faction specifically.

I do not have the Map Editor DLS, so I cant tell you for sure.

Do you mean set starting position after creating a custom map?

If you mean this, then it is probably not possible, considering the release state of the game.

I solved this a few days ago and started a thread. I guess no one noticed, lol. It's as simple as this...make certain the order of home worlds you create matches the order you place the factions. The first faction you choose will be placed on the first planet you create, (and designate "random AI player.)
