CTD When Destroying a Planet

As the title says, my game locks up and crashes to desktop.

 

It happens when you invade and take over a planet from another faction. I didn't need the planet, so I decided to destroy it via the 'Govern' tab and then hitting the 'Destroy' tab.

 

At this point you will return to the main map and when you put your cursor over the planet that you just destroyed, the game locks up and crashes.

I think rebellion has something to do with it, since it seems that I can destroy any one of my colonies without crashing as long as they are happy happy joy joy.

Thanks for posting your issue, save and dump files would help greatly. For sending save, dump, debug.err files.
