Multiplayer Disabled Features - Updates?

Just wondering if there has been any progress made towards re-enabling the following features in multiplayer:

- Map sizes larger than huge

- Pirates

Any updates/estimates on remaining time until they are re-enabled would be fantastic. Loving the game but I am really missing these features.

They're all coming. Not sure if in 1.03 or not yet.
