Suggestions thread

This is ment as a thread to state and discuss suggestions and/or additions to the game. The suggestions with the most support will be pinned in the first posts.

 

Suggestions:

 

  • In the techtree, when the species singular is used in the tech tree for a specific race use the race singular set in the custom race menu. (e.g. as a custom race with the Yor tree, use custom race name, not Yor)

The ability to build either a warp gate or controlled worm hole (or perhaps harvest wormhole?) in order to expedite travel within your own boarders:

  • Learned within the same tree area as the warp gates and within the 2nd tier of technologies.
  • Use a constructor ship to build a warp gate within your borders (possibly needs to be within existing already owned space?)
  • Warp gates act as a path between 2 spots, only those gates can access each other (can be changed but takes 1 week to perform).
  • Warp gates are weak but can be host to ships for protection.
