Steam Cloud Save sync?

This is most likely a steam issue or a user issue but I have a problem where my saved games are not syncing to the steam cloud so that my galciv3 saves from one computer do not appear in the list of saved games on my other computer.  Any thoughts?

I don't think thats been integrated properly at this time. I could be 100% wrong though. I disabled mine a while back.

We turned off Steam Cloud saving for the release of 1.0.  It was not that Steam cloud saving was broken in any way; it was just making it a challenge to get good client side testing accomplished.  We could not be certain that it was not grabbing corrupt data from the cloud with each support request to have local files removed.

That said, it may return as a default and anyone can choose to turn it on.

When I checked immediately after downloading 1.0, the Steam Cloud Sync option was nowhere to be found, so since it was there during the beta it must have been removed (perhaps temporarily).

ok, no problem thanks for explaining it. Using dropbox, what is the best way to moved saved games around my computers?  Is it just the saved game directory or are there others that might need to be included?

Weird. Mine was turned off or unavailable, but it still grabbed my old beta saves even though I reinstalled and renamed the previous directories...

Yes, My Games\Galciv3\Saves ; MPSaves for Multiplayer games.

thanks for quick response and congrats on a great game!  since it is released during the day and I cannot wait to try the final release I have had to switch between personal gamin laptop (razor blade) and my work computer (surface pro 3) so I could play during my *ahem* breaks. 

Fyi, it does run on the surface pro 3 just fine other than 1 lockup that required me to kill the game. But the surface pro 3 is below specs I believe so no complaints there 😀
