Confirmation Dialogue Box before upgrading ships...

Please, add a confirmation dialogue box when upgrading ships from the Govern tab... yesterday i mistakenly clicked the button to upgrade my ships to a new version, and BAMMM, i found myself instantly with -3000 credits and in deep sh*t. :)

Something like "Upgrading the ships will cost you 3000 credits, are you sure?" would be great.

Wait, that does work? I kept clicking it and nothing happened.

If it does work, it should give you a selection box to pick which units to upgrade. Simply selecting based on a "name" when you could have 10-20 of that one sitting out there isn't selective enough.

I ended with -200k that way once.

Is like 50 turns of hibernating at the moment I was :D
