I am working on a custom faction but I don't know how to choose my star name or can it be done? Star name I want to use is Lily (after my grandmother).
and yes its in the star list I checked.

If you are using the in-game custom faction builder you must use the choices offered. Can't pick the star name
Of course, it's nothing a little modding can't solve...
When you give the homeworld name that will used as the star name.
