Strength of Resources on Science Production Tiles

Does the size of a resource (For example 1 2 or 3 stack Iron) have any effect to a Science production building on that tile (Say a Steel Mill)

IE: does putting a steel mill on a 3 stack iron produce more than putting a steel mill on a one stack iron when you are Science?

Nope. The building always mines however much iron/resource is necessary. This is the strength though because it enables crazy scaling while ignoring the input requirement :)

nope, doesnt matter if it high or trace, same and equal to a steel mill of other factions.

Worth noting, this makes underground nukes useless against science factory tiles, even if you nuke it down completely it will keep working at 100%
