Odd Controls?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the movement controls either being unresponsive or erratic. I'll try to move around with WASD and the game will scroll either in a direction I didn't choose or it won't scroll for a second or two later. Nothing else seems to be hiccuping in these instances - just scrolling. Right-click scroll works well all of the time, but I prefer WASD in general.

Didn't even know we could use WASD. I learned the shift key selling from Soren's videos. Is there a list of keys somewhere?

I don't know about there being a list of controls anywhere (would be nice if there was a wiki to flesh out). I just figured it out on my own during my first game, and it was going well for a while. Then it got wonky. Oh well.

WASD is my preference too. How can I arrange it so I can use WASD to move around the map?
