Archer accuracy

Something seems off with accuracy and ranged combat, the tooltip says I have 97% chance to hit with ranged attacks (with an accuracy over 110) and they are missing all the time, even against trashy mobs which should have no dodge I am lucky for 1 in 10 shots to hit.

 

Rain of Arrows also rarely ever hits anything any longer as well.  Is this a bug?

There's a unit ability called 'Dodge Missiles' that's probably on too many enemy units :)  Or, at the very least, the Battle Tooltip needs to be more honest about your hit likelihood.

And I bet rain of arrows is falling into the same issue, where it's just not hitting units with the "Dodge Missiles" ability. We'll investigate!
