bug on research

Cannot research tech for radioactive world colonization.

 

With the UP treaty on one random research tech swap I am not notified which tech I have acquired.

 

Also, a suggestion for an art icon for starbase modules on the tech tree.

For my first issue I am on opt in and I researched barren worlds as the precursor tech

You still need to reach the required age to research it. If you did and still can't research, then it's definitely bugged.
