Sound effects

Was wondering if anyone know wheres the SFX sounds might be.  Ive checked thru all my folders under the steam GC III and cannot find one where it has the Weapon sounds and such.  I did find some under MP3's in music, but they arent what im looking for.  Checked in SFX and all i have is a MSSCMP file...not sure what that is or if thats all of the SFX combined into one file.

The sounds are stored in a Miles Sound System Compressed file (\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\Sfx\GC3_SFX_Bank.msscmp). Unlike previous versions of the RAD Game Tools there is no non-commercial/home-use version available.

However it appears that there is mp3/wav/ogg support for mods in the game, but the entire mod-support is not yet active :(  .

So no changing the SFX sounds as of yet.
