Game Freeze

I am on turn 362 and I end my turn and the game goes into an indefinite waiting time. I can still move around the map, enter diplomacy and basically do what I want except it will not progress to the next turn. I gave it 10 minutes before I decided it was messed up. I tried loading a save game but that didnt work and neither did shutting the game down completely and restarting.

Can you edit a savegame and turn back the turn number? I haven't looked at it yet.

Well Im just gonna restart tbh, it was my first game against two beginners so that I could get the hang of everything but if it happens again that could be a real issue.

I believe this is the same issue, and I've been having it too.

Raynman I'll go ahead and use that method at some point tonight, as I'm sure it's repeatable (multiple attempts suggest it anyway).  Thanks for the links.
