I cannot even start the game up?
The game does not start up when I try to start it.

I recently bought SoaSE Rebellion because it was on sale on Steam and my cousins recommended it. After downloading it and trying to run it, I accepted the steam administrator prompt and it said "Preparing to launch Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion" inside a steam window. The window disappeared within a second and nothing happened. I did this at least 20 times (administrator prompt only happened once) and nothing happened on the screen. I checked the task manager, and there were no background processes or apps running. I restarted my computer and tried again, and it would not work. I re-installed the game and it would not work. I transferred HDD's and re-installed, yet it still would not work. Is this a known bug or is this a freak experience that I ended up on the unlucky end of?
