Suggestions for Pirates

Personally I would like a add-on or extension that you would make the pirate base virtually impossible to raid and make pirate raids severely effective. Pirates with titans and star bases to make the veterans happy, the harder the better. Let me know what you guys think...

Mods, this is the job of mods to do something like this. And I am sure there are mods to increase the strength of pirates.
