windowblinds 8 explorer background issue

I've recently installed Windowblinds 8 on a Win7 machine - Mostly is working fine, but sometimes explorer backgrounds don't get skinned properly I usually get a dark grey background (usually I don't like transparency, so I don't enable it) and even applying textures sometimes is not working .

 

Besides in folder Dowloads and Desktop explorer background is always white , no matter which skin is applied.

More, someimes I need to restart PC to apply a new theme.

I noticed one thing: info panel says "windowblinds...correctly on this PC but Desktop Window Manager is not enabled" , I checked and service is correctly running. I also uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changes.

 

Any suggestion ?

I know you say the Desktop Manager is running. However you stats say it isn't. The stats wouldn't say that if it was actually running. Somewhere on the system something isn't working correctly.

Glad you are running fine now. Nothing like being able to see the great skins here like they should be viewed.
