What map did you play. They are most likely to appear on random maps, and as the name implies they are random. Either play a couple more games or make a custom map in the Galaxy Forge/Map Designer that has those planets and see if they appear.

If you have it linked through Steam, recheck your local cache.

 

I just played a random last night, with the new DLC on 1.80 had blackholes (sp), comets(sp), oceanic (fw), greenhouse (fw). Everything seems to be working fine for me.

I still see every kind of planet just fine, played 2 games, vast-single and huge-single random (non-competitive).
