Really messed up graphics

I have played Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion on my desktop running 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate with out any issues for quiet awhile, but recently I switched to Windows 8 (wanted to try something different) and Sins graphics are completely messed up.

My Specs:

Windows 8.1 64bit - Nvidia GTX 570 - Game run through Steam client - Up to date drivers - NO BETA DRIVERS - No extra settings or applications enabled

They look like they are in 3d or something, you can see a screen shot I took below... Does anyone have any knowledge behind this issue or any possible solutions?

OK FALSE ALARM!

The issue was my Nvidia 3d was enabled by default which has never happened before in all my time of installing operating systems.

Their were ZERO issues with the game, my system or my OS... idk how that got flipped on since I installed Windows 8 literally one day ago. If anyone experiences the problem in the future, just go to your Nvidia control panel and disable 'Stereoscopic 3D'

Wow, that's quite the Kaleidoscope effect. That would probably give me a headache trying to play with that, but its a nice screenshot. ;)

Thank you Nmark-nate for posting the "fix". It looks like the stereoscopic 3D gets turned on after updating Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. I had the same problem and would have been bashing my head against my desk for an hour or two if you didn't post the solution for me. Much appreciated! :-)

I had the same Nvidia issue with Windows 8.1 after I upgraded at home (different game though).
