I am assuming this is for make Galaxy Forge more DLC complient right? If so you can just copy your game's GalSceDef over the one in Galaxy Forge to do this.

Already did what you suggested none of the new bonus were there and the one that my group wanted most out of the new bonuses is the fortress world for a map we are making for our biyearly tournament we use the DLC and the galaxy forge
