Warping to other planets

I just started playing again, but after getting the tech to move the Orkulus star base to another planet, it keeps giving thr error

"No phase line available to target planet" or something to that effect, however ive alrteady discovered each of the plaents(including trying to send it to me capital plaent" anyone know whats going on here? did they patch that ability? or is my game glitched?

 It was changed in 1.5 :) ill just have to back date the game to play it the way i like lol

They made so where you have to have an active phase node at the planet you want to jump to.

Seems a bit silly don't you think?  Then the starbases don't actually have phase drives, just guidance systems.

No, it's perfectly fine; this makes the jumping starbases far more balanced. Prior to this they were used as early game Titans that required no fleet maintenance! People would build starbases and use them as fleets onto themselves, and reap the economic benefits. Plus, the AI cannot use jumping starbases, so it only harms human players. The old method, if you really want it, can still be implemented via mod, as the research modifier still exists..
