Question on the AI regarding Wail and SttC

Will the AI use Wail or Strip to the Core if it's playing as the factions? I fought an AR AI once and I don't think it ever used Wail on me, so I'm curious: Has the AI ever used those abilities on you in an AI game? What difficulty?

Nothing other than an engine change could make the AI use SttC...the AI does not scuttle planets, and thus would never be able to use it....

Wail is not currently used by the AI, though you could mod the ability to have an ai use time so that it would get used by the AI....problem is in finding a good use time, which I would argue does not exist for this ability...
