[.85] Expected Behavior?

I started playing .85 this morning and noticed a change in behavior. I put the Inspiration spell on my first two cities to increase research. However, when I went to do so on my third city, Inspiration no longer appeared on the list of spells. The spell that caused a city to produce +1 mana per turn was missing as well. Is this intended behavior or a bug? Also, where can I find a list of .85 changes?

hmmm, do you still have the save? try fiddling with the filters on the left, do they show back up? I'm wondering if it's gone for good or just not showing up?

After writing the above post, I started LH back up and reloaded the game, and the spells were there. I didn't have this problem in .80, so it's new to me in .85.

I think it's a case where the spellbook doesn't scroll down/change pages. I've noticed the same thing and using the scrollwheel fixed it. Might be related to the .85 fix of opening to the last spell used in the spellbook.
