Modding Tools with dead links

Hey peeps.

 

I wanted to know if one of you guys have these tools:

There are no workings links to them and i would like to try them out.

have you tried contacting the authors of the utilities?

if they do not have a copy for the expansion you want I MIGHT  some of the released versions, BUT  I will not upload to a download location without permission from the author.

Chances are if the links are dead, they wouldn't work well now anyways compatibility wise.
