[0.51 Bug] "Need to target an enemy unit" tip displayed over enemy unit

Using Lord Relias, I tried to use burning hands against an earth elemental.  Hovering the mouse over the earth elemental showed the crossed out staff cursor, and the tip "Need to target enemy unit."  I didn't try it to see if it would work as I knew the fight would be lost if it messed up (I lost all my army but Relias, but I won -- first time I've realised what a difference a mega-buffed army can make! :D).  If I get it again when I can afford some health, I'll test it and update the thread.

I've seen similar problems, especially on some of the new tactical maps.  It seems that where you see the mouse pointer isn't always where the game thinks it is.  I've usually been able to cast spells or do attacks when getting this message by moving the mouse around, essentially "pixel hunting" for the right spot.

Yeah, I posted about a similar bug yesterday where a tile is always "out of reach" (across different battles), and I suspect it's the same bug.

There are a lot of places where the tooltip doesn't update correctly.  The worst is when you're selecting strengths for a custom faction.
