Windows 8 Blank Black screen After install

Hello all.

 

I have one computer running windows 8 enterprise that when I install WindowsFX and during install process, the screen goes Black, all I see is the mouse cursor nothing else.  If I restart the computer I Get the login window just fine but once I log in, same thing black screen.

 

All I can do to get back to that account is restart, logon as another user, uninstall Windows FX and restart again.

 

Only thing outside the norm is I have a video card, and a third monitor via a display link adapter from EVGA.

 

Any ideas, or is there a log left behind after uninstall I can review?

I'd recommend sending an email to support@stardock.com . Keep the auto-reply since it has your ticket number.

 

Then wait for an actual person to answer before writing again.
