patch 1.3 version 1.32

With the realization that Fallen Enchantress requires STEAM to play it and that STEAM updates automaticly I am wondering what the difference between the 2 patch versions is. STEAM has me at verion 1.3 which I thought was the latest untill i saw 1.32 here. Also 1.32 reports that i have a beta verion of the game and will not apply. I am guessing 1.32 is for people who download the game from here and then need to utilize STEAM where as 1.30 is if the game is downloaded directly from STEAM...that is a guess however. Anyone have any input?

My FE has already been updated to 1.32 on Steam, where I purchased it.

I double checked to be sure; the steam version is at 1.32.

No idea when they pushed it out but it shows that I downloaded the update about 2 hours ago which was when I got home and logged in. So it might not have hit steam until today.
