How do you end up Assassin Blade quest?

The last mission indicate : 'have the blade' but I wear it all time, so? Should I return somewhere with it?

I think it's a Stormworld Quest (but might be in Vanilla also).  It seems to be bugged in that you cannot complete it, and the original Inn remains.

I had it in vanilla and once it finished, almost spontaneously...

You need to return to the starting location to finish the quest. The blade needs to be in you inventory, not as an active weapon, or the quest will not recognise that you have it, for some reason.
