But I havent seen any email beyond the confirmation email that it had been ordered. I have not seen anything as far as an update in status (order processing, processed, shipped, etc). While Ive only ordered this in the last 5 days. Im wondering if there is updates or is it kind of a "surprise its here" kind of deal.
The order might have gotten hung up on an anti-fraud check, if you shoot a mail to sales@stardock.com they can take a look.
Same issue here. Bought it (kol) on 19 Dec and still no info if it has been shipped.
Even made a ticket (TGW-801-92280) at 2 jan and no reply too.
Lets hope it is a "surprise its here" kind of deal!
Ive currently received two automated emails from StarDock. But so far nothing regarding the status of my order or its whereabouts.
If you guys shoot me over your support ticket numbers, I can probably look it up for you. Just PM me your info.
