wobbly windows not working

I can not seem to get wobbly windows to work since i installed stardocks object desktop full suite. I have windowfx installed of course but no wobbly windows and i love the wobbly windows on linux but have to use windows due to we run  an ecommerce site on ebay. I need this feature! Someone please tell me why the DWM is not enabled cause i checked and in fact it is showing up in windowfx as being disabled! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP by responding via email asap and i will check messages time i log back on since i am about to have to logoff due to storms moving in to South Carolina down here in Orangeburg where i live. PLEASE I NNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDD YYYYYOOOOUUUUURRRRR HHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP !!!!

You didn't mention which operating system you are using.

If the DWM is disabled you should make sure you are using the Windows Aero theme.  Have you at any point set your computer to use best performance over best appearance?  Also if this is a laptop then it may need to be on mains power.

I am using windows 7 home premium 32 bit and now have dwm enabled but still no wobbyly windows! What do you think is causing this?

I found the possible problem, My pc is running windows 7 with a 1.99 Ghz CPU 3 GIG available ram and a 80 GIG sata hard drive with a low end integrated ati express 1150 display port. This i now know is not sufficient to run the program properly i think but people give me your ideas on this ASAP !
