WindowsFX and Rainmeter

Prevent WindowsFX from darkening and blurring Rainmeter

I recently installed WindowsFX 5.1 and discovered a small problem with the Inactive Windows feature.  I have Rainmeter running on my desktop and when the "Make windows under the active window darken..." feature is selected, it darkens Rainmeter and when the option to blur inactive windows is selected, it blurs Rainmeter, as well.  Is there any way to prevent certain windows (such as Rainmeter in my case) from being darkened and blurred?

I also am having this problem.  I was planning on purchasing this, but if it is incompatible with Rainmeter, then its a bust.  :S   Also, it makes no difference whether or not I have transparency or darken windows enabled.
