wobbly windows half works for me

my problem with wobbly windows is that as i move the window nothing happens untill i stop moving it, then it wobbles a little bit. i have the paid membership, where as my wife is using the trial version and the entire program works on her system. we both use win 8, i use a pce ssd (she does not), and i run an 8 core while she uses a 6 core. we both have dual 2g gpu, and 32g ram. with our specs i know it can't be a resorce issue.

what i would like to know is, is this a incompatibility issue with my hardware or could it be something else. I appreciate your time to help me out with this and thanks in advance.

really, only 32 gig of ram and a 2 gig 8 core  proc.. .You need ram.{ am joking of course} what do you do with all that ram. does it hang out the side of your machine?  Nice rig.Luck with the issues.
