I still haven't been billed for my pre-order which was placed a couple of weeks after the official announcement. 3 months later and I'm still waiting for it...

The first people got theirs say two weeks ago. You should probably make sure your order went through.

I had pre-ordered on the day of the first anouncement, AND confirmed the day I received the email requesting a confirmation of the full CE pack and received it on the 24th of october with my shipping date (from the address label) of the 12th of october 2012 and it took 12 days to be shipped from loveland oh (whereever that is) to me in AU.

hope this info helps you to figure out what has happened ie did you respond to the  request to confirm the order email in time ( if not they cancelled the order), did stardock charge you for the ce if yes then it might be worthwile to email sales at stardock.com, if the did NOT charge your card the you should not be getting it, but you can -re-order the ce from the store page.
